    I would. If the tumor is an oncocytoma/ chromophobe there would be less justification but it is better to know.

    We did the biopsy and it reveals a papillary type I renal cell carcinoma. Any suggestions on management options in this young healthy woman?  
    Would you recommend active surveillance, laparoscopic ablation or a partial nephrectomy?
