    I have one question.
    If there was no lymphovascular invasion then how come the lymph node was positive?
    So obviously there was at least lymphatic invasion but it was not seen at the biopsy.
    So how can you trust that there is no vascular invasion and remote micrometastasis?

    No chemo , Aromatose inhibitor , radiation to tumor area, she is likely to have distant mets but onco score low so it is very likely for the remaining part of her life hormone suppression will be enough to supress them
