Definitely now we have data of Create X and we can put this patient on adjuvant capecitabine after ALND. Adjuvant radiation after ALND yes....

How do you integrate the radiation and the capecitabine? I didn't see that detail in the NEJM paper. Do you do the RT and then the 6 months of capecitabine? Do you do the capecitabine for 6 months and then do the RT? Do you do them together?

Triple negative , axillary dissection yes ALND followed by radiation. They recur both locally and systemtically. I Would like to give benefit of doubt to patient always rather than repenting later
