    Sure. All studies for omitting RT showed worse local control when no RT. CALBG concluded that in >70 women one can consider omitting RT but even in this study there was about 3-4% absolute benefit for radiation in terms of local control. I would say your decision depends in few factors. The most important, patient's health and life expectancy. If more than 10 years I would strongly recommend RT. Also patient 's and your own philosophy of risk acceptance.
