Adjuvant RT.. to chest wall and axilla.. no chemo unless life expectancy > 5 years and high oncotype DX if pt would accept chemo

important to involve patient in decision making.
wait for recurrence score
I would like to avoid chemotherapy as life expectancy and recurrence score are important factors deciding factors. personalised decision is better than guideline based decision for such patient.

I prefer to wait until the results of the Oncotype DX are available to decide if only benefit by hormone therapy or chemo. I think she will benefit for Radiotherapy, but i have to take comorbidities (88 years-old) to decide it

She got completely excised triple negative, node positive breast cancer. For adjuvant RT to breast and axilla. No chemo.
