    Review the slides with pathologist. If isolated close margin, leave alone (but RT with boost).  If multiple
    areas of close margins, then reresect.

    reexcision to insure 2mm margin to decrease recurrence , radiotherapy and hormonal treatment

    A recurrence of cancer in situ in a patient with a history of invasive cancer should have proposed a subcutaneous mastectomy. In this context that question must be asked. the hormonal treatment of course is necessary for the risk of long-term controversial re-offending.
