Buenos días, creo que esta señora debe llevar un tratamiento adyuvante hormonal que debe ser evaluado según su estado menopausico, gracias, que de Ud Dr. Joaquin

Considering her young age and recurrence score, probably the patient would also benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy

This is a high risk breast Cancer. I would treat this patient with both Chemotherapy and Hormonal therapy. My choice of Chemotherapy would be AC x4 followed by Tamoxifen for 5 years. I would be curious about the opinions of my peers.

Adding Taxol to 4 cycles of AC regimen for this patient would be excessive as Taxol is approved for lymph node positive breast cancer which is not the case with this patient's breast Cancer. I would welcome other's comments

This is a young patient with a high predicted risk of relapse. It is a patient who MUST be definitively cured. Why don't you offer the best chemotherapy possible? In my opinion, she undoubtedly deserves a sequential anthracyclines-taxanes chemotherapy

I will discuss with patient the option of chemotherapy ACx4 followed by hormone therapy, I believe there is no need for Radiotherapy.
