Zachary J. Hermes MD, MPH
Fellow in Medicine, Department of Medicine, Cardiovascular Division, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, MADr. Zachary Hermes graduated from Emory University School of Medicine and trained in internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He is currently a fellow in cardiovascular medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He has a a Masters of Jurisprudence in Health Care Law and Regulation from the Emory University School of Law, and a Masters in Public Health from the Emory-Rollins School of Public Health. As a resident at BWH, he was selected as a John MacArthur Fellow for Medicine Leadership and obtained his Masters in Business Administration at Harvard Business School.
His clinical and research interests center on preventive cardiology, multimodaility cardiovascular imaging, and population health management for cardiovascular and cardiometabolic disorders. He is passionate about patient-centered care and promoting health equity through delivery innovation and value-based payment reform.
