Dr. Yin Zhang is a Research Fellow in Medicine at both Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He was a clinician before coming to the US to pursue cancer research, and received his MD in China after 10-year medical training, including 3-year specialty training in gastroenterology. He holds an MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Dr. Zhang’s research focuses on understanding the influence of multi-level determinants on GI cancer prevention and GI cancer patient survivorship, and exploring the biological basis of the associations of interest.
