Shubham Agarwal, MD, is a Clinical Fellow in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism in the Division of Endocrinology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. His research interests lie in the confluent space of obesity and diabetes and its treatment. Shubham is a co-investigator on multiple clinical trials evaluating the effect of incretin-based therapies in diabetes mellitus and obesity under the mentorship of Dr. Ildiko Lingvay. Following fellowship, Shubham wishes to continue to contribute to clinical research and address the common underlying factor of obesity in diabetes and cardiovascular health.
