Division of Rheumatology, Inflammation, and Immunity, Brigham, and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School, Boston, MassachusettsIn May 2021, Dr. Arabelovic joined the Division of Rheumatology, Inflammation, and Immunity at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) in Boston. Prior to joining to BWH, she was the former Chair of Women in Medicine and Science Committee at Tufts Medical Center and was an Assistant Professor of Medicine in Rheumatology at Tufts Medical Center (TMC) and Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM). She graduated medical school from Midwestern University. She completed her internal medicine training at UMASS Memorial Medical Center and completed her rheumatology fellowship at Tufts Medical Center.
Dr. Arabelovic is very involved with her professional organization, the American College of Rheumatology. Her clinical interests include providing joint care to high-risk obstetric patients with rheumatic diseases from pre-conception through to post-partum, seeing patients transitioning from pediatric rheumatology to adult rheumatology and treating patients with rheumatology adverse events due to immunotherapy. She is involved in precepting and educating rheumatology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students both in the outpatient rheumatology clinic and the inpatient rheumatology consult service.
