Dr. Roberta Bovenzi is a neurologist at University of Rome Tor Vergata. As a clinical scientist, she mostly focuses on Movement Disorders, particularly Parkinson’s disease (PD) and dystonia.

Her research centers on genetic and biological profiling of patients with movement disorders by collecting and analyzing multimodal biomarkers—including CSF, blood, neuroimaging, and neurophysiological data—with a particular focus on gender-specific insights.

Dr. Bovenzi received her medical degree from the University of Pisa in 2017 and completed her neurology residency at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2022, where is she currently enrolled in the PhD program in Neuroscience.
