Laser & Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellow, Harvard Medical School; Dermatologist, Department of Dermatology, Massachusetts General Hospital; Clinical Research Fellow, The Wellman Center for Photomedicine, Boston, MassachusettsRishi Chopra, MD, MS, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist at Massachusetts General Hospital and currently the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Laser & Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellow at Harvard Medical School. He serves as Clinical Research Fellow at The Wellman Center for Photomedicine. He has authored thirty peer-reviewed publications in journals including The Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, The British Journal of Dermatology, and Allergy, and named Pfizer’s 2021 Rising Derm Star®. He has also served as faculty for multiple national dermatology conferences, and has been invited to lecture at meetings such as American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He completed his Economics degree at Northwestern University and a Masters in Physiology at The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency training at SUNY Downstate and a clinical trials research fellowship at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine, where he specialized in atopic dermatitis and contact dermatitis. He is passionate about optimizing the use of energy-based devices and injectables in patients of color.
