Taunk, MD, MS is an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed residency training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and medical school and graduate school at Rutgers University-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. His clinical interests are in brachytherapy and procedural radiation. His laboratory interests primarily lie in development of novel PET tracers and radionuclide therapies for the detection and treatment of localized and metastatic prostate cancers.
