Currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, she focuses on Wound Healing & Regenerative Medicine and Hidradenitis Suppurativa.
As a sub-investigator in various clinical trials, Dr. Yaghi has authored 40+ publications, contributed to 6 book chapters, and received a research grant from the HS Foundation for her innovative work on physical activity's impact on Hidradenitis Suppurativa.
In addition to her research, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Women’s Health ERG at the Academy, addressing challenges faced by women dermatologists. Dr. Yaghi actively contributes to the Reproductive Board of the National Psoriasis Foundation and collaborates with the Hope for HS Foundation to re-establish support group meetings in Miami and South Florida.
Dr. Yaghi's clinical interests include hidradenitis suppurativa, wound healing, regenerative medicine, and women’s health. She is committed to making enduring contributions to dermatology, showcasing expertise through research, leadership, and community engagement.
