Marcel R. Robles completed his medical degree at Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, graduating top of his class. He then completed internal medicine residency training at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He joined the Division of Hospital Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University as a Clinical Instructor in July 2023. Currently, he serves as a Gastroenterology Hospitalist, a co-management service alongside advanced endoscopy, where he provides comprehensive care to patients undergoing advanced endoscopic procedures. Dr. Robles research interests include colon cancer prevention, innovative approaches to bowel preparation as well as safety, efficacy and financial barriers of third space procedures.
