A medical professional with a background in clinical research. Dr. Jalalzai hails from Afghanistan and grew up in the urban center of Kabul. After finishing his secondary school education in his hometown, he proceeded to Turkey and successfully obtained his medical degree in the city of Konya.
During his medical school years, Dr. Jalalzai engaged in research investigations and co-authored publications. Having obtained his medical license, he served as an emergency room physician in Ankara before embarking on his career as a postdoctoral fellow at the Yale School of Medicine in the United States.
