Assistant Professor of Medicine, Endocrinology, Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut; Clinic Site Director, Endocrinology, VA Connecticut Healthcare System, West Haven, Connecticut

Dr. Parikh received her undergraduate degree in Economics at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL in 2005. She then went on to obtain an MD at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA in 2010. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at NYU School of Medicine in 2013. Her major research interest involves understanding how appetite-regulating hormones such as cortisol interact with the central nervous system in the lean and obese state.
