Laura Williams MB BCh BAO, MD

Dr. Laura Williams is a neurologist from Dublin, Ireland where she earned her undergraduate medical degree and postgraduate medical doctorate as a Newman fellow at University College Dublin. She has completed neurology residency in Ireland and a movement disorders and deep brain stimulation fellowship at Westmead Hospital, Sydney, Australia.

Her research affiliations include the Dystonia Research Unit at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, Ireland where her research interests include genetics, biomarkers and endophenotypes in adult onset isolated focal dystonia. Other clinical and research interests include Parkinson’s disease and neurodevelopmental disorders.
