Professor of Dermatology, Chief, Mohs Micrographic and Dermatologic Surgery, Program Director, Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship, New York University Langone Medical Center, New York, NYDr. Carucci combines an active clinical practice focused on skin cancer and reconstructive surgery with cutting-edge laboratory research. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), and a member of the American Dermatological Association and the International Transplant Skin Cancer Collaborative (ITSCC). He served as Chairman of the Skin Cancer Committee for the AAD and the Board of Directors for the ACMS. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for ITSCC. Dr. Carucci has written numerous peer reviewed articles for many prestigious national medical journals and is the author numerous textbook chapters on topics including skin cancer management and surgical techniques.
