Glenn is an Associate Professor in the Institute for the Medical Humanities within the Department of Preventive Medicine and Community Health at UTMB.  His areas of specialty include health inequities, social and structural determinants of health, mass incarceration, substance abuse and the history of U.S. drug policy.
