Eytan Stein MD
Clinical Fellow, Hematology and Medical Oncology, Memorial Sloan-Kettering CancerEytan Stein is a clinical fellow in hematology and medical oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center concentrating his research efforts in myelodysplastic syndromes and acute leukemia. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Stein was awarded a Medical Student Training Fellowship from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute where he investigated the role of regulatory t-cells in autoimmune disease. Dr. Stein completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. While a resident, Dr. Stein was the recipient of multiple teaching awards and the prestigious Lewis Landsberg award, given to the senior resident who displays unparalleled leadership and professionalism throughout residency. He is planning on pursuing a career in academic clinical oncology focusing on hematologic malignancies.
