Emmett Kistler MD

Kistler received his medical degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, New York before completing internal medicine residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital. He pursued additional training in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital. During clinical training, Dr. Kistler also graduated from the Harvard Medical School CRICO Patient Safety and Quality Fellowship and obtained a Masters in Healthcare Quality in Safety.
Currently, Dr. Kistler is a pulmonary and critical care physician at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he also holds administrative roles in quality and safety.
