Ella Ariza-Heredia MD
Associate Professor of Medicine, Department of Infectious Diseases, Infection Control, and Employee Health, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TexasElla Ariza-Heredia, MD, is Associate Professor in the Department of Infectious Diseases, Infection Control and Employee Health at the University of Texas MD Anderson Center. She is the Clinical Director of the Infectious Diseases Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, Lymphoma and Multiple Myeloma service. Dr. Ariza-Heredia main research focus includes viral infections and optimizing immunization vaccination of this specific immunocompromised population. Dr Ariza-Heredia has conducted clinical trials on areas including CMV vaccine, CMV immunomonitoring and novel antiviral therapies, as well as vaccination practices in immunocompromised host.
