Elisabeth B. Marsh MD
Associate Professor of Neurology, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine; Director, Bayview Stroke Center, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore, MarylandDr. Elisabeth Marsh is a board-certified vascular neurologist whose research interests include post-stroke recovery and patient-centered outcomes. She received her bachelor of arts degree in neuroscience from the Johns Hopkins University, where she continued her training in medical school, neurology residency, and cerebrovascular fellowship. She is currently Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine within the Cerebrovascular Division.
In 2014, Dr. Marsh was named the Medical Director of the Stroke Program at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, where she leads a multidisciplinary team who provide the highest level of care to all stroke patients.
Her current focus is on the under-reported neurologic deficits (particularly with respect to depression, fatigue, and cognition) that significantly impair long-term functional outcome and patient satisfaction.
