Devon Armstrong MSN, RN-BC, CCM

Devon Armstrong has more than 18 years of progressive leadership and experience in care management, Post-Acute programming, and population health. Licensed as a Registered Nurse, Devon serves as the Director of Outpatient Care Management at JPS Health Network. With a passion to serve, she has devoted her career to reducing homelessness, poverty, improving both health outcomes and health equity by addresing the social determinants of health through curated programs and partnerships. She focuses on eliminating barriers to care, for underserved and underrepresented groups as well as fostering relationships with community partners to improve overall care.
