Dr. Kurian is an accomplished medical professional with a strong background in Ophthalmology. She completed her medical education and residency in Ophthalmology at the prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore, India.

Driven by her passion for ophthalmic care, Dr. Kurian pursued specialized training in Oculoplasty and Ocular Oncology under the guidance of Dr. Santosh Honavar, at Centre for Sight, Hyderabad, India. There she gained extensive expertise in managing complex cases related to intraocular, lid and orbit tumors.

Currently, Dr. Kurian serves as a research fellow in the Ocular Oncology services at Wills Eye Hospital, working alongside the world-renowned ocular oncologist Dr. Carol Shields. Her work focuses on advancing the understanding and treatment of ocular tumors in order to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients.
