David A. Goldfarb MD
Professor of Surgery, Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute of Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OhioDr Goldfarb graduated Temple University School of Medicine (1985) and completed residency training at Cleveland Clinic (1990). He completed an American Foundation of Urological Diseases Research scholarship and became a faculty member at Cleveland Clinic in 1992. Dr. Goldfarb has published over 100 peer review publications and 30 book chapters. He has been a member of Urological Survey Editorial Committee of the Journal of Urology since 2000. He has held the positions of Secretary/Treasurer and President of the Urological Society for Transplantation and Renal Surgery. He served on the AUA/ABU examination committee for 8 years (1996-200, 2005-2009). He served as the Director of the Renal Transplant Program at Cleveland Clinic from 2005-2017. Presently, he is a Professor of Surgery (Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine) within the Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute of Cleveland Clinic where his practice is predominantly kidney transplantation.
