Schadt, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine (Dermatology) at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She serves as Residency Program Director, Chief of Dermatology at the Louisville VA Medical Center, and Dermatology Clerkship Director for the University of Louisville Division of Dermatology.
Dr. Schadt is dedicated to resident education and academic dermatology, serving as Vice Chair of the ACGME Dermatology Review Committee, in addition to the Board for the Association of Professors of Dermatology and the University of Louisville Graduate Medical Education Accreditation Committee.
In addition, she enjoys writing and giving lectures, and is the Patient Page Editor for JAMA Dermatology. She is originally from Lexington, KY and graduated with a BA in History from the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Schadt completed medical school and Dermatology residency at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She practices general and medical dermatology and has a particular interest in autoimmune connective tissue disease and inflammatory disorders of the skin. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, hiking, running, singing in her church choir, and attending live music events.
