Prof. Bronstein is a recipient of the Hallpike-Nylen medal of the Barany Society, past president of the Clinical Neurosciences section at the Royal Society of Medicine and past president and founder of the British Society of Neuro-otology. His current research interest is the role of small vessel disease in the emergence of dizziness in the elderly.
